Welcome to Be YOU Fit!

I am delighted to welcome you here; to our friendly female focused exercise and movement programming that is exclusively for women!

My aim is to help you to feel confident in yourself; from the inside out. There is too much conflict about what we ‘should’ look like, how we ‘should’ be exercising, what we ‘should’ be wearing and doing…..and simply not enough about what we need to be doing to be fit, healthy, strong and sane to live our individual lives!

Be YOU Fit has been borne out of a desire to help other women understand why their bodies do what they do and to empower them to support themselves through the correct movement, self care, breathing, posture and nutrition.

There are no diets, tuck jumps, burps or sit-ups here….this is a calorie-friendly, nutrition dense, safe female-centric exercise haven that will support you through your journey to regain your confidence and feeling fabulous!

Programmes are curtailed for the next few months as I am pregnant…due in August and trying to ‘take it easy’ to ensure a healthy pregnancy….I will be offering SWEXY Belles Body Conditioning throughout the summer, a postnatal programme from April and an online pregnancy programme from May onwards.
